The Soul who Sin will Die by Troiy The Soul who Sin will Die by Troiy
originally titled "Sin and Death"! the picture say it all ;)

Info:

The woman represents temptation...she beckons you to succumb and promises fulfillment of desire and pleasure and yet in the end...Death is the consequence of Sin. Inspired by John Milton's Paradise Lost.

...

I had re-sacnned it for :devart: exhibit, then I lessen the color saturation by half with Photoshop, so the color is less vibrant compared to the first. [link]

Awsome job here I like the colours, composition, and character design. You've handled the watercolours well, they are very tricky to tame :) It's good to see some hard work in DA.

Oopsie! so sorry for the late reply ^^;

Yes it's watercolor[tube colors] ... a primary 3 colors, but it end up so lively that I had reduced its color saturation in Photoshop by half =D

Thank you so much for checking ;)

Holy crap! Talk about secluded works of art! This is one of the most beautiful (and at the same time awesome) pieces of work I've ever seen! The ammount of detail is dazzling, I'm still taking in alot of the picture. Death's scythe looks totally awesome... no awesome's not even enough to describe it, and the girl is just... wow! I can't evn find the words!

Again, I can't believe that this isn't one of those deviations that has like 1000 favourites. I'm starting to wonder how the DA works when artists like you just go underappreciated like this.

Wow,....intense pic. Such a contrast between the living (sin) girl and the bones of the reaper. Love the coloring....it looks like you painted it or used colored pencils.

I would have thought paint might be more difficult to use...Or maybe just for me....I'd have to be extra careful when painting so as not to make a mess....Coloring on the computer is best for me, since I can do tiny detail work, and not have to worry about going out of the lines. I'm a sloppy colorist by hand! :O_o:
